I have tried the FlexFit 431 and being a women with a small head I discovered this one works better for me than the 432, which is larger. the piece that fits across the top of the head along with the next support at the back of the head are smaller than the 432. The 432 appears to be the same at the bottom. The problem I had with the 432 is that the top strap is longer than top strap on the 431 and also the bottom strap on both. That is where I couldn't make it small enough to be comfortable and I had many more large leaks.The problem I ran into is that my health care provider and an online provider for supplies thought the masks were the same size. Neither thought I would notice a difference. But when it comes to how deep the head is at the top of a person's head, there is a difference.

This is a normal head strap for a forma CPAP mask. I've ordered these several times. Works as expected. Same ones cost almost twice the price from a CPAP provider

It is the correct item for a full face mask. I suppose you could use it for other purposes.Funny how it was cheaper for me to buy here than going through a doctor, a local medical supply house and having medical insurance and it got here faster.And we wonder why medical costs are so high.

Very well-made, the material is noticeably thicker and tougher while softer to the touch than the F&P 431. A little less stretchy which I hope will translate to fewer adjustments over the months. Cleans up beautifully in the laundry (cold/cold, hang to dry). Overall, this is an inexpensive way to upgrade your CPAP experience. Definitely recommended.

Thanks for making this available to the public at the price you offer it at. It is so helpful considering what I have paid in the past for replacement parts for my CPAP. It is so awful what the Medical field is doing to the public while the claim to be a care giving organization. They are actually sticking it to the public. This would have cost me twice the price I paid for it here. I know because I priced it along with many other replacement supplies for my CPAP with the place I used to by my supplies with, The Medical Center of Central Georgia (now Navicent Health) "yea I said it"!! Thank you so much!
