Very nice sharp knife used by many meat processor's.

I mainly use this for trimming bbq meat like brisket, ribs, tenderloin, etc. and it works really well. The knife is solidly build, feels good in my hand, and is pretty sharp out of the box. Though, with a few passes on the stone, it's even better.

Great knive used them for 57 years so last long if you take care of them.

Really good knife for the money. Get a steel to run it over periodically to keep it running good. 2 deer cut up with it now and it has worked perfectly.

For the price there is not a better knife

Great boning knife! I wanted the red handle just to be different from my other knives. It is SHARP! It will keep a nice edge, but you need to take care of it too. I hand wash it only. No dishwasher. This is my go to knife when trimming raw meat. Highly recommend this boning knife. You can't beat it at the price point it is. ENJOY!!!
