I found this B Complex to be high quality and very effective. Very easy on the stomach as I take it daily (half capsule) in addition to a multivitamin. Bring clarity of mind and flow in thoughts. I always check Dr. Weil's website before I buy any vitamins or herbal supplements. He recommends 50 mcg of Vitamin B-12 as part of a B-Complex that includes biotin, thiamine, riboflavin & niacin.

The product arrived on time, in good condition. I got this brand because it was what my Dr gives. I tried another brand before, and he said it must not work because my homocysteine rose in his bloodtest. One note: B-vitamins tend to spoil easily. I keep them in the freezer as soon as I receive them. I have had them spoil before - the tablets turn dark, and smell bad.
