Vitamin B Complex for Women and Men - Methylated B12 B6 D3 Magnesium Folate

So far so good for the first month of taking these. I believe they are giving me energy, but think if I accidentally forget to take them one day, I feel the effects.

These are very good B supplements and have the right ingredients in them. Don't hurt my stomach; I do take them when I eat. Will reorder. I have been ordering these for quite awhile and at one point I was having a problem with the safety seals. I am very happy to report that the matter as of today has been resolved! Thank you. Update: May 29, 2019 - The most recent order of these B+ contained some disturbing "capsules" filled with what I can only describe as a "pink capsule inside the outside clear capsule". I did not find one, I found several. I contacted the company and was instructed to send them the bottle and the capsules, which I did. I was sent 2 bottles in return. However, I found another of these "pink capsules inside the outside capsule" and contacted the seller again, this time with no response. I believe that the company needs to improve their Quality Control as the first problem with the seals seems to have been fixed, but now this to me is worse. I did give the company a reasonable amount of time to respond about the current "pink capsule" and they didn't. Update: January 2021. I have not had any problems with these supplements. All the problems of the past have worked themselves out and I am extremely happy about that. I take 2 of these every day...sometimes I skip them for a couple of days and can feel the difference in how my body feels overall. I don't skip them anymore. I take all my supplements everyday and these are especially awesome!

I have a bad thyroid, and my doctor kept asking me if I had any Biotin in any of my medicines. When I finally looked for the Biotin, it was in my Centrum Minis Women 50+. I immediately switched to AgeImmune B Complex, and it has met all of my needs.

I bought this product because I needed to beef up my B12. I have read for some time about the memory benefits of taking Folate, B6, and B12. I'd even tried to take all three supplements a couple of years ago, too messy (B12 melts in heat or humidity), and too much trouble. When I saw this supplement with the combo of B vits I decided to give it a try. Honestly I don't know if my memory is any snappier, but I do feel a little more energetic. They are easy to take and make me feel like I'm doing something good for myself. I'll keep using them.

Good product!

I am a type1 diabetic and have stayed away from multivitamins for many years because my blood glucose always reacted negatively by going high. Niacin was the cause. It's difficult to find a vitamin complex without niacin. I take AgeImmune vitamin B complex in the mornings with no sugar spikes. I have more energy, both mentally and physically. Because I stay on a low carb-keto diet, I believe I'm now getting the vitamins I was missing.

So far so good after 2-3 weeks. I've been sensitve to Headache and Migraine triggers (previously my headache cycles were every other day) with every B Complex formulation I've tried. I beleive it was the Vasodialative sub components in classical B Complex formulations which were triggering headaches. So I bought this simplified / reduced component B+ combination (minus Niacin and a couple other components) of Nutrients to try and see if it reduced headache triggering. Much to my pleasant surprise it has been great. My headache frequency has dramatically reduced with this formulation.

A friend raved about it but it wasnot all.that.
