The directions say to add a thin layer to the face and then let it sit for 30 minutes or overnight. I found that it dried fairly quickly. After about 45 minutes, I washed it off with warm water. The texture of my skin did seem somewhat improved and it was a bit more hydrated to boot. I did not experience any irritation from this product. It’s not a super heavy mask, but if you just want a light addition of moisture, this will work.
