what are the ingredients?

Just dried Butterfly Pea Flowers.

Can this be used to bake? I want to make a blue cake

Sure, it makes for a beautiful natural blue food dye! Just make sure to whisk it into a blue paste (like you would do with green matcha) prior to adding it to your dough.
