Lexon Watch - Spring Aluminium - Silver

I found this while searching for aluminum watches. Why everything has to be a half pound of steel these days, I will never understand.It's probably a bit larger than it ought to be, but thanks to the aluminum bod it still isn't too heavy.Here's the main flaw: it's a fake nylon band. You probably weren't expecting that, were you? It looks like a woven nylon band, but that's just the very thin top layer. it feels like they is a layer of solid plastic under that, as it is way stiffer than a nylon band would normally be which makes it unable to conform to your wrist and very uncomfortable. As a final inexplicable torment, they have applied a layer of fake leather-like stuff to the underside.So the band has the appearance of a $3 generic Chinese band (I'm fine with that), the discomfort of non-breathing fake leather which sticks to your skin, and the stiffness of hard plastic. It's as if they did everything they could to make this the least-desirable band possible. Why not just make it out of simple woven nylon like a million other watches, so it would be flexible and airy?
