THIS IS REALLY REALLY REALLY SPICY. But it's actually delicious. Be careful after you shake well, because it will hit you in the eye. Personally I think it was worth it.

This sriracha sauce is the best sriracha. I have tried many sriracha sauces and I still come back to this one. This sauce excells on anything asian especially spring rolls and pot stickers.Out of all hot sauces I've had, this comes in at number two - second only to huy fong's chilli garlic sauce.

This tastes great. Is has a nice kick so add it slowly to your dish. The heat level will rise the more you add. It lasts a long time, is a pleasing color and a good value.

Was seeking out a bottle of the original tůòng ót Sriracha for ages, wondering why all I could find was off brands that missed the mark in flavor that only our green top brethren provides until I found out about a chili shortage.I've tried 3 different offbrands, Texas Pete Sriracha Cha was the closes to tuong ot but still miss the mark, the others, disgusting.Finally found a bottle for $17.99 at my local package store and was in heaven, though it's a 1 per customer limit.I blasted through my first bottle in a week and had to find more but the package store was out!Thank the heavens I found a reliable supplier here for less $$.Let's not kid ourselves, this sauce is absolutely delicious. Great on pizza, ramen, veggies, chicken, soups.. everything.This is the real deal so rest assured, you're getting a bottle of the good stuff right here, nothing else compares.

Net: Nothing better on market today!OK, Yes It changed since the manufacturing plant burned down and they have resumed production of this "Red Gold". Flavor is the EXACTLY same but the "HEAT" is defiantly 1/3 of what once was. I simply add couple drops of "capsicum extract” or "Daves Insanity" (sold on amazon) to my bottle of Huy Fong Sriracha.I have purchased Huy Fong Sriracha when the ONLY PLACE I could find it was in “China Town” in San Fransisco 1980's. I carried 2 of them back with me (and fresh fortune cookies) to East Coast on plane (before TSA) every couple months, I love this stuff so much.I purchased the Gallon JUG of this stuff from amazon just recently. I simply refill my existing bottle adding few drops of capsicum for extra heat (does not change the flavor profile). JUG I purchased is same red color as it has always been and flavor is spot on.I cannot speak for other amazon reviewers that bought in smaller containers and complained about color and flavor difference.Simply, still the best Siracha compared to the rest sold out there. I, like most people tried replacements past 3+ years nothing compares to the flavor and texture of this sauce. Just add heat if want it spicier.
