I was skeptical at first. The main reason I tried it was it's boast of green powders, vitamin B12 and calcium. I eat plant based (3 years now)...I figured I could eliminate my "sometimes" ritual of wheat grass, spirulina & chlorella. I'm impressed. After just more than a week of so of this at 1/2 teaspoon a day in a half cup of water; not only could I feel the results of increased energy but I was seeing weight loss! The taste is kinda like eating dirt. Now I mix it with a small squeeze of lemon and find it quite enjoyable only because I know what it is doing for me. The amount of water I use I can get it down in 3 swallows followed by a glass of water. A word of caution, don't take this in the evening. For me it was similar to having a cup of coffee with all of the energy. The description reads a full teaspoon is equal to having a number servings of green veggies, specifically B12 and calcium. I intend to work my way up to a full teaspoon, for now I am happy with the results of the 1/2 teaspoon. Within days, I noticed weight loss in my middle. I'm 64 years old; consider myself an active person (I practice yoga and walk daily) I was resigned to having a thicker midriff because of my age but it's shrinking!

product works great for me...does what is says it does...i use it once daily (taking it any more than that will give you stomach cramps when you least expect it.)

My package had a hole in the bottom side and was leaking the powder out.

I first began using this product almost a year ago. My first few packets were gifts from my older brother. The taste is 'very' earthy. At first, I tried it with Garam Masala & Cayenne Pepper. After some time, I tried it with banana & cinnamon. Later, I added Peppermint extract. I could tolerate all 3 ways well enough, for something I felt my bones really needed (being vegan). This year, it became increasingly difficult to drink. I went back & had it the other ways but I feel it's time to move on from this product. More than anything though, I don't feel this worked for me much, even though I took the recommended amount along with eating a healthy diet. I could see & feel no difference in my nails & that's how I usually know if my body is using/receiving calcium. I believe in what this company is doing & it's plant-based efforts - I only wish it worked for me. The zip on the pouch never worked for me either.

In detail, this Raw Superfood is delicious when mixing it with your meals, you can actually taste the Hydrilla. Its like a very green (herbal) kind of taste, which is definitely "wild-crafted" as it says. I haven't tried it with fruit/ vegetable smoothie's but I bet its one heck of a combination. Hydrilla Verticillata is a "MUST BUY" if you're focused on your health and eating right, which is packed with A LOT of vitamins and minerals that your body needs. I was amazed on how much vitamins and minerals this product have alone, which kills the competition of other products offering barely half of what this has.

Noticed pain in knee and toe diminished after first dose. Started with 1/2 tsp. after week... up to o 1tsp. Kinda justifies the price. Great side effect in addition to bone pain relief is it’s a great mood stabilizer! Dont know if its the blood sugar balancing effect but it def works for me and my teenage daughter. Will continue to use! Taste like dirt so I only use a very little water and wash it down with water afterwards. Would never add to my smoothie. 🤮 But the benefits far outweigh the earthy taste.
