Living EarthWise Aromalive

This is a nice alternative to the Scent of Samahdi, which I've loved for years. This is the same idea, a meditative blend of herbs for bodywork/yoga etc.Seems to be all natural, as per the hype on the package. The smell is nice, similar to SoS but not as heavy. It still smells good, but the smell is not as "wet". The powder is a bit more dry. It still works fine for rubbing under the arm pits.I would certainly buy it again. I enjoy having 2 options in the mornings

UPDATED review ... after a disappointing experience a few weeks back, the owner of the company read my review, contacted me and offered to send a free jar of their new formula. Great customer service! I'm happy to report that the color is still pleasant but no longer the almost magenta pink that stained my clothes. The fragrance is heavenly and I'm pleased to recommend this. I use it several ways but mostly as a deodorant, mix it with a smidge of coconut oil and apply it under arms.

I swipe this on over top of my homemade vodka/zinc oxide deodorant spray to mask any failure which usually happens late afternoon on a stressful day. For this purpose it is effective. The strong smell mixes with body odor to overpower the stink. There is not obvious contrast between BO and this scent and thusly it effectively camoflauges the odor. They jive together so that the smell of this product is all that can be detected, if that makes sense. It will not cover heavy odor 100% but is better than nothing.This is body incense basically. My husband describes the scent as "grandma perfume" which I agree, however we both keep using it due to its effectiveness. Just a dab of the finger and swipe it on, no need to coat the whole armpit. As others have stated it will get more intense throughout the day. I would like to see different scent formulations of this type of product, but doing so might change how well it works.

I ordered this instead of Scent of Samadhi. I found this to smell good in the jar, but it doesn't last 10 minutes once I put it on, even if I mix it with coconut oil or some other carrier. With Samadhi, it lasts hours and hours. This is not as potent, not as finely milled, and definitely not as aromatic. I'll go back to my first choice.

This is a nice 5-gram jar of scented bliss! I use this all of the time instead of perfume. It truly takes very little, rubbed on the skin at the pulse points, to produce a quality, incense-like scent. I really love this!

Disappointing! Not very fragrant and just seems to be common kitchen ingredients mixed together. Does not apply well.

This deodorant has a pleasant aroma, but cannot be used with light colored clothing. I wore a white blouse, and now I have red stains under my arms. So disappointed! I have to go back and order the other product that I was using previously that is a little pricier.
