Solely for costume
I thought these glasses would be good sunglasses, but that's not the case. The lenses are fine, but too small to adequately shield your eyes. They are perfect if you want to dress up as Neo, but that's about it.

Definitely not Neo sunglasses, but overall acceptable quality at a cheap price
First off, these look nothing whatsoever like the sunglasses Neo wore in the Matrix films. As costume sunglasses they’re terrible. As actual useable sunglasses they’re decent but unimpressive. They need to be bent and adjusted quite a bit to be comfortable and look right, but once you get them adjusted to your face they’re fine. Lens quality is acceptable; they’re UV rated but they seem to dull your vision a bit. Overall considering the cheap price, these aren’t bad. Especially as a secondary pair of sunglasses to take to the beach or to a concert where you won’t be too upset if they get lost or stolen.
