Amazing chocolate!
On a quest for single origin chocolate, found Luker's 75% and 85% at local Sprouts store and topped my list (have sampled from eight plantations on three continents). Robust, pure flavor, and the history of the company speaks of many years of refined cultivation. The 85% had quite a "bite," the 75% good and bold, so I imagine the 70% will be satisfying to all dark chocolate lovers. Enjoy!

Love this chocolate
Love this chocolate. It's a semi - bitter sweet chocolate and makes the best hot chocolate. Heat your milk to just below simmering, add several pieces of the Lukar chocolate. After the chocolate melts, add a bit of sugar to your taste and top with cinnamon. If you'd like it foamy, whisk it.

Excellent product for baking, chocolate making or snacking.
Excellent dark chocolate. Useful for baking (of course), but also quite nice to snack on - just sweet enough but not a candy bar by any means.
