I love my Cuban mop! Simple, sturdy, and works great. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and feels well made.

Great quality. Much sturdier than the Walmart brand.

My first impression was a product of low quality. The handle had two small cracks about two inches long ending at the connection. The wood threads were chipped and gnarly. And there were strange blue markings on the whole thing. I thought about returning it immediately. Anyway, it broke after using it for 20 minutes. The piece that screws in broke off and is stuck inside the head part. That was the weakest link. A complete waste of money since it's one day past the return period. There was no attempt to design a quality product here. The wooden handle is thin. Whatever is being used to make the threads just blasts away the wood. The wood sucks to begin with and should never have been used to make a mop. And why would you send something out with cracks on the most important part? By the way, if yours breaks then you have to pay for return shipping. The box it came in could have fit a folding table. It would not be worth returning unless you sawed the handle into sections. Make them really small for satisfaction.

Love this so much. My second Cuban mop. The first one broke after many years of use and saved me so much money and effort. So simple to use. It takes a little practice to get used to, but it truly is so much less work than all the other mops out there. All you is a simple rag or towel. This one is very nice, sturdy and high quality. I expect it will last many years. Thanks!

Love the concept, but will be contacting Customer Service as the pole has a huge crack in the wood

I didn’t even realize in how many ways a basic T-Mop could disappoint. The handle has a crack, the sealant on the wood is uneven, has gaps, has sticky spots. The mop part is too short, the parts of the two sticks that are supposed to join have cracks … even the parts that is supposed to let you hang it from a hook isn’t shaped to fit on a hook.

Originally very excited to find an item with such specific description. Couldn’t wait to try it out as these are the types of mops I grew up with. Overall, the mop is ok. A bit too clunky on the bottom side, perhaps a square finish would have been better than a circular finish to provide a better grip to the towel. A really thick towel is needed so that the wooden mop doesn’t scratch wooden floors.
