My toe was painful and had a numb/tingling feeling persisting so long I thought it may be permanent damage. I got this and started rolling my toes and feet and I'm back to normal thank God. Now I use it a few times a week at least because it makes my feet feel great. Perfect size and firmness, women's shoe size 9.5 for reference.

I gave these as a gift to someone older, whose feet often hurt. I wish the spiked ball was more of a rubber material, vs. the hard plastic, but these do help relieve pain, and improve blood flow, and stimulate nerves, and it comes with a booklet on how to use them, and the benefits, so it is a nice kit. I was explaining to the person I gave them to, why I bought them, and one of his kids was already claiming dibs on them, if he didn't use them. You have over 14,000 nerve endings in your feet and hands that connect to all areas of your body, so whether healthy, in pain, sitting too much, or feeling a little out of balance, these simple tools can be very helpful.

Hi love this product so much. I have bought it more than a couple times because I travel with it and I’ll leave them in hotel rooms and I use it every day so I can’t go without it. I learned how to use the ball and physical therapy so I use it whenever I need it and it works perfectly. great quality for money and easy to use. Multi- use purchase. It is extremely durable. Even with every day use, this product is almost impossible to destroy. This is a must have purchase. Standing up all day, walking whatever if your feet hurt you need this product! Helps prevent plantar fasciitis.

I have nerve pain in my feet. This was a miracle took for pain relief. Helped gain back some feeling in my toes where I had numbness and was just gentle enough that using it was tolerable and didn’t cause more pain.

I would give this product 4 stars, even 5 because it works amazingly. However, they need to look into quality control a little bit. That said, here is the context. EXTREAMLY EFFECTIVE!!! And they are actually more comfortable to use than my old one. I own another version of this product form another brand, I loved it from day one. However, I used it in the tub and the heat caused it to deform. Still works, just not complete round anymore. So, I ordered 2 of this product at the same time. My thoughts were, if one is that amazing, what if I had two that I can use at the same time? I was absolutly right. But here is the problem.... One of the two that I ordered is like, noisy, lol. It squeaks. While this is not a deal breaker, it is absolutely annoying, lol. Otherwise, this product is great as long as you don't get a noisy one. And even then, it still works perfectly. Valuse wise, this is a steal well below 10 bucks per unit. Perfect for gifts. Please note that the other one is as silent as it can be. It is perfect. Only one is noisy, but it still functions perfectly. I would absolutely recommend such a product. It the bit of noise is not a problem for you, you can look at this as having more stars for sure. In conclusion, for what it is, it is a good product as far as I can tell. They just need to tighten up on the quality control to make sure they are all as similar as can be. There is no reason for 2 to have been shipped together and have different levels of quality, lol. Even though it is minimum, still a little weird.

I recommend this set, it is really good and useful.

It does the job for me, I thought it is going to be bigger and a bit heavier, but it was very light and small which makes it easier to keep. Regarding the durability I will update this review after a while.

Je les ai acheté pour des douleurs de pieds. Les 3 articles se complètent parfaitement, mon ostéopathe m'a même recommandé ce genre d'article. La qualité me paraît bien en tout cas me convient.
