I have been wearing a catheter leg bag for a little over a month and have been extremely frustrated with the options to secure the bag to my leg. The useless elastic "button" straps that come with the bags will cut off the blood circulation to your ankles/feet if you wear them tight enough to hold a half full bag. If you loosen them, the bag will slide down and pull on the catheter ( NOT GOOD !!! ) I spent hours searching the internet and reading revues and weighing the plus's and minus's of the various other straps/holder/etc. options. This one got the best overall reviews and for the price AND free shipping, what did I have to loose. I will have to say, this was probably THE BEST $9 I have ever spent in my life !!! If you wear a leg bag, you already know all of the negative issues but let me tell you, this little inexpensive gadget has made a SIGNIFICANT difference ( for the good ) in my everyday life !! Worth it's weight in gold !!!! I just ordered "3" more including the same product but the "bottom of the bag" strap. LOVE IT !!!!!

The idea is good, but my husband is having problems making it work for him.

Much better than the other Velcro straps that come with some leg bags and much, much better than the button kind. I rated them at four stars because the upper legstrap doesn't have the two bag loops that the lower ankle straps have. So I recently ordered a small and a medium ankle strap, small for my ankle and I'll use the medium for just below my knee (they call it the upper leg strap). I'm not really sure what they call "upper leg".

I never liked using Stat~locks for securing my Foley catheter hose, (they are sticky, expensive and short lasting), and searched for an alternative. I’m happy to say that I found it with this leg~bag strap. Washable, reusable, but so important ~ adjustable and comfy. Highly recommend to my fellow catheter users.

the hook and loop closure does not hold well with a change in the style or brand of Hook and loop in this item would be 4 or 5 stars!

These are excellent. Easy to use and fit well (just wrap them around to the correct tightness); a huge improvement over the straps with button fasteners. Same length works good for me above the knee and below; again they are self- adjustable without any cutting or modification.
