I got my wife one of these after disc replacement. It provided the perfect amount of support and comfort. This is NOT suitable for folks like me with a disc fusion. Get one meant for that.

Served the purpose though was snug on my 17 1/2 inch neck.

This seems to be a well-made cervical neck collar brace. It is easy to use and a good value for the money. Whether it is helpful will depend on your particular issues and the size of your neck. You might want to check with your doctor or physical therapist about whether this might work for you.

This is my second Vive Collar, for traveling. The first worked so good, I wanted a back-up. Absolutely reduced my snoring by 90%! Get the SnoreLab app and see for yourself. I went from snore scores of 30-40 (BAD) to 3-7 (Excellent).I breathe and snore through my nose, and this works great. Comes with a removable cover (see pictures) that can easily be washed.Be careful placing it...not too tight. If you place it tightly, you will restrict your air flow, and it will be ineffective. Really like this product. There's a note to let it air out once you take the neck brace out of the package, but I didn't have any issue with the smell out of the box. I went to put it on and...unfortunately, it was barely long enough. The velcro connection is very slight for my particular neck, so I'll more than likely have to return it (or save it for someone in my family with a smaller neck). I'm going to be searching for a black neck brace that is better for a "thicker" neck.
