Solid product, value for money
Great solid foam roller. Helps with tight back and leg muscles. Build is nice, it will hold its shape for good months, let's see. Suitable for all age groups My whole family loved it and the relief it brings. Value for money. Go for this one, if u r buying a foam roller for the first time. Not very hard also not very smooth, the perfect balance. Quality could be improved though.

Good for back pain relief
It is a good product. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a compact solution for your back. It gives you a quick and thorough stretch. The quality of foam seems alright to me. The price is a bit higher but that's okay.

The media could not be loaded. It's good, firm & Sturdy though 30 CM size seems bit small but its sufficient for knee exercises. Would recommend this👍
