I like this product, however, it only works when plugged in… I thought you could charge it but maybe not

I bought this for my family member who had this to say about it love this product and this humidifier is a perfect size for a dorm. , I find the lower mist setting and the sleep setting the best as I did find with the high mist setting a pool of water did build up on the top but that might have been due to where I had positioned the humidifier. Am really happy with it though and it is lovely in the bedroom with a few drops of essential oils and has been helping my nephew blocked sinuses, easy to use, simple, quiet and very effective at humidifying, Also great with essential Oils is awesome.

in all fairness it's small and compact but it's just TOO small to be of any real use. My thermo said 29% humidity and after running this for about 8-10 hours still at 29% it's just not effective enough to make any noticeable difference. in a very very small room it 'might' work but for a living room and bedroom - forget it. Better off getting a much larger one which i have now ordered as this one isn't up to the task in hand.

Great for home use, quiet and effective. I bought this for a cruise as we had an inside cabin and I get a cough using the air con all the time. The unit needs to be plugged in to use, it's not rechargeable. The voltage/amperage on the ship was too low so it didn't work. I plugged it in, turned it on and it gave one puff of mist and stopped. Worked fine when we got home.

This is a great little unit, works well, whisper quiet and last a long time on one refill. I have sleep apnea so need more humidity in my bedroom to combat the effects of the CPAP machine. However, the air coming out smells “fusty” not at all fresh, I’ve tried putting a new filament in, which is supplied, but it still smells. Also agree that when screwing it back together after refilling, it takes ages to find the right thread which is annoying. If I could get rid of the smell I would give it 5 stars.
