Does it come with a USB cable

The shifter itself plugs into the wheelbase via a 5 pin serial-like connection. The wheel base itself plugs into the console via USB, but it's kind of short, so I recommend getting a USB extension cable.

Does it work with G29 on both PS3 and PS4?

Works with Project Cars on PS4 and assume other newer games as well, just waiting for GT7/Sport to come out. Tried it on Gran Turismo 6 on PS3 and doesn't work, need a sequential shifter like the paddles for that. The only thing that got me was the reverse gear, push shifter in like a joystick button and slide into 6th gear slot, symbol on the knob is just for looks.

Can I use an adapter and use this for my Xbox despite that I have a thrustmaster wheel?

No it will not I tried using a adapter because the Logitech steering wheel is to expensive but it doesn’t work

Is this compatible with ps5?

Yes it is as long as you buy pair this shifter with the Logitech G29 which is ps4 and ps5 compatible wheel you should be fine.
