does the unit come with the rubber connector? It does not show in the photos and no mention in the description.

The Studor Maxi-Vent I purchased did come with a heavy rubber "adapter" for 4" ( 4"OD) fits hub or coupling. The unit itself is 3" OD, fits 3" hub or coupling. I have used many mini vents and this one works as well or better.

I want to install it under a wooden deck over a flat roof. How much height is the minimum required to install it?

Carlos , I can't measure the vent as it was installed at a vacation home, but if I remember correctly the vent itself is at least 6", top to bottom, and then add any other fittings , pipe , etc. Sorry I could not be more precise. I used it in the crawl space and with a 3" elbow in a horizontal pipe ,it took up about 13". Carlos, just estimating here, so use your judgment on your project. Good luck! PS the vent works as advertised!!

Does it come with a donut (or wide o-ring) for connecting to inside of 4" pipe? Female for the vent, male for the pipe?

No. If I remember correctly. I used a 3 inch fernco coupling t connect it to the pipe. It is same O.D. as 3 inch pvc.

Does it require any unclipping or adjusting before you install or just put it up?

It slips right onto the end of your PVC pipe. No adjusting. I removed my old one and slipped this one on in it's place.
