Love that I’m getting a full serving of vitamins and a little extra to help get through my heavy lifts. I do drink caffeine so I’m used to it but I didn’t feel any jitters with this. No weird aftertaste either. You can also take out the little red one and it becomes a normal pack of vitamins.

I've been using for about a month now. This has helped my stamina and it really shortens the rest I need in-between sets. I am seeing my strength increase as I can now deadlift 295 and Squat 295. In one months time I increased the weight I can squat/deadlift from 225 to 295. I don't see that as being bad at all. I am going to try to buy as much of this stuff as I can because I know when products are good, they usually discontinue them when some idiot mixes it with an illegal substance. When I first started using this, I only took half the dose and never with the red pill. Now I take the entire pack before working out. Its 9 NINE pills 45 minutes prior to working out. If you are into weight loss, this product will make you sweat it off. Be careful. Start off with half. Gradually move up to all the pills. I really recommend this product.
