I have purchased different neck pillows in the past, I had to travel 5 hours by plane last month, and I had tried the neck pillows that were sold at the stores, those were not giving any support. So glad that I found this one, it has a nice outer cover that is like touching velvet, the zipper is very well hidden at the top and it won't snag your hair. The pillow case is removable to be washed in cold water, I washed it and hung dry, the size and the shape didn't change. I also like the fact that the underside where it comes in contact with your neck/shoulder is contoured, it fits very comfortably. There is a plastic button that can extend the cord to enlarge or tighten, and a push of the side button will release it so that you can put it on your neck. I am so happy for this find, and my daughter also got one.

I purchased this neck pillow for a long international flight. Once I opened it I thought the bag was going to be useless. The pillow is memory foam and was rolled up into the bag. I was surprised how it went back into the bag when curled just like it was when it was delivered. The pillow also came with some nice earplugs and sleep mask. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The only negative (making it 4 star rather than 5) is the slide lock strings. Mine do not look like the photo and does not allow the wearer to tighten the neck strings in order to hold the pillow in place. I would have really liked that. Not sure if this is a defect or if the product is actually different than the photo. Overall I am pleased with the product.

If you're having a bit of an issue with your posture or find yourself, "taking a few winks, while watching TV," this is for you or someone you care about. This is a GREAT buy. I would buy this Neck Pillow again. AAA matter of fact, I DID.

I purchased this too far in advance to be able to return. Looked great and had lot's of good reviews. I traveled from Atlanta to Thailand, so approx. 20hr in flight total. I had to stop it on the way home. If you like extreme firmness, then this is perfect for you. It was too much for me. The design is so hard, it keeps your head too far from the seat back, which then turns into pain (for me). Another thing about this is, it is so firm, it's very hard to fold up to place back into the carrier. I brought it home to see who i could give it to. I'll try one of the more traditional styles next.

I bought this travel pillow for my son, and just like his sister, it quickly became his favorite thing to carry on flights and long drives. The cute tiger design is absolutely adorable, and he loves it. The cover material is incredibly soft and easy to clean, which is a big plus. The memory foam pillow itself is very comfortable, providing great support for his neck and head. I use this pillow on national and international flights. I find the clasp that joins the two sides in the front to be very useful. Depending on whether I'm laying down or upright in the airline seat, I can spin the travel pillow around to get the right angle to prop-up my head below my chin. I've fallen asleep comfortably several times once I get the pillow rotated around to support my head properly. I've yet to have a stiff neck when I use this pillow, from coach class to first class. I chose the blue fabric. It doesn't make my neck itch, and I don't get hot using this pillow, as others have commented. I also appreciate the little black bag to put the pillow back in to. This is my first memory foam neck pillow, and I am impressed with the quality and value.

this is definitely my favorite neck pillow ever, although it is not as aesthetically pleasing as other neck pillows that went viral this is definitely the most comfortable. A lot of people want to wear the cutest neck pillows because of the aesthetics, but you don’t really need to look cute at the airport and comfort is key especially for long flights. it is also very easy to wash because you can remove the skin. this may not be an aesthetically pleasing neck pillow, but it is definitely my favorite and I’ve been using it for the last three years and it is totally fine no damages whatsoever. definitely splurge on this my favorite neck pillow purchase of all time.
