Rotting plants
I ordered the six stems of rotala indica to add to one of my planted aquariums, I paid a lucrative shipping price and still waited an excessive time to receive my plants. When they came there were only two steps of rotting plants.

This not rotala indica or rotunido, but I like the pale pink/green
Just received today, 5 solid days of shipping and arrived in New England February alive. I'm not sure what the black dots on the plant are, if they are seeds or possibly a bunch of dead snails. Some free frogbit was included. I have it chilling in a jar w Prime, probably for a good week, before I will try planting. I haven't counted the stems yet, but it looks like a good bunch, and you can trim and root more, from this same bunch, so I am happy with the price and shipping.

Growing Quickly!
I was a little bit worried at first when the plants arrived, as they looked a little bit sickly, but that's probably normal considering these live water plants spent a few days in a dark dry shipping box. Happy to say after a few weeks they are thriving and growing. I use a CFL lamp, and organic potting soil covered by a thick layer of 2-3mm gravel and Excel to get them to grow well.
