Wisconsin Farmers Cheese (4 lb.)

On Christmas day we traditionally have Ham and Pierogies for our Christmas day dinner. Pierogies are a Polish stuffed dough pocket and is stuffed with a potato and Farmers Cheese mixture. Farmers Cheese is difficult to find so we ordered it here, from this vendor. They originally quoted delivery from the 18 th December to the 22nd in time for Christmas. After we placed the order we got a delivery date as long as the 26th December! We messaged the and said that if that was the case we needed to cancel the order and look elsewhere. They assured us it would be delivered before Christmas. We held our breath and crossed our fingers! Well, the Cheese arrived this morning on 12/21 well packaged and refrigerated. The Farmers Cheese is wonderful, and everything we could hope for. Thank you so much!!! Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to all there....

I have been trying to find farmers cheese for quite awhile. It’s the absolute best cheese to use for pierogi! I had ordered some from another vendor (won’t mention their name as I’ve already published a bad review on them) and had to wait 10 days after ordering. It arrived with hot, melted gel packs and the cheese was warm and had a funny smell. I could not chance it and threw it away since it was not returnable. Wasted my money and time.So I was hesitant about trying it again with another company but dang it I wanted those pierogi! So I took the chance and ordered from this company and so glad I did. It was less expensive than the other company and it arrived in three days, ahead of schedule. The ice packs were still good and the product was cold. To top it off, this cheese is great! Thank you! I finally have made my pierogi and they are wonderful. I highly recommend!

This cheese had a great sturdy thick taste. A good buy. Highly recommend.

I ordered direct from factory so not sure how amazon got involved. Price is much to high for what you get. Picture is very misleading as to the size.

This has smooth creamy texture and melts beautifully. It is NOT rubbery which some milder cheeses can be. It has been an adjustment from my aged cheese which I am not allowed, but I will buy this again.

This farmers cheese is perfect. Flavor of this farmers cheese is exactly what you expect or hope it will be. Delivery of cheese was on time, safe, chilled and efficient. This is the second time I've bought this cheese from this vendor, and definitely will buy again. We use it in pierogi's.
