It doesn't completely eliminate all discomfort, especially during those marathon sitting sessions, but it makes a world of difference. The memory foam is dense and supportive, molding to my shape without bottoming out, which was a concern with some cheaper alternatives I considered. For its price, this cushion offers excellent value, especially considering the relief it provides. It definitely met my primary expectation of alleviating tailbone pain. I think this cushion is helping my sciatica but it is thick and sort of hard to get seated on. I lowered my desk chair to the lowest position and that did help. I'm disappointed that it doesn't stay put in my chair and I always have to rearrange it and pull it forward to be able to get on it and often when I am using it. It is comfortable but very firm. I think it is a little overpriced and I'm not sure I would buy it at that price again. Overall it does help though.

This memory foam seat cushion is a game changer. I specifically ordered this to take with me on long tattooing sessions because their chairs are incredibly uncomfortable now I not only use it for tattooing but I also use it when I’m sitting at my desk at work. It makes any chair I sit in for an extended period of time more comfortable and keeps my rear end from hurting this pad has a nonslip surface on the bottom so it stays put in your chair I also like that it has a removable cover that I can wash every so often.

Without the cushion, I drove about 500 miles in my wife’s car and had sciatic pain shooting through my leg after 2 hours. I was in so much pain that I had to find something. By the time we reached our destination, I had already ordered this pillow for the return drive. It was 8 hours with stops and no pain. Complete reversal. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The cushion is comfortable and is good for your tail bone. I bought it for my bulging disc and I don't know that it is helping with that yet. Quality is good but I think it was a little too expensive.

This cushion is incredibly comfortable and doesn't lose its shape or height, even after months of daily use. The cover is easy to remove (and put back on) for cleaning and both the cover and cushion have coped very well in a machine wash (either on gentle or wool cycle).

It's firm not soft if thats what you want, its extremely confortable though. Perfect for me i had one of those hexagonal design gel pads before and it just wasn't cutting it.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Ob für gesunde Menschen, die lange Sitzen müssen oder Menschen mit orthopädischen Probleme. Das Kissen entlastet wunderbar die Wirbelsäule, linder auch Druckschmerz bei Ischialgie/ Hüftproblemen u.ä. So kann man auch unbequeme Stühle länger nutzen. Auch super für längere Fahrten, die Muskulatur ermüdet einfach nicht so schnell. Jeder der sich auf mein Kissen setzt, findet es super angenehm. Habe es auch schon verschenkt ;) Bezug lässt sich im Schonwaschgang problemlos waschen und passt dann wieder gut auf das Inlay.
