SCR4 N-180 Titan Tankless Water Heater, 77 amp, 18 kW.

Out of hot water except for a small natural gas backup (best setup) regular water heater during the St. Louis "Blizzzzard of Oh-13". Received the new TITAN sooner than promised. Works great for a family of three. With two women in the mix it's more like a family of five when it comes to the bathroom and laundry services. You guys know what I mean. It works great with a never-ending flow of hot water...when you want and need it. Most homes should not be without one. Even great as a smaller under-sink TITAN backup in the main bath, whenever your large gas-guzzling 30 to 50 gal hot water behemoth goes south. You'll at least get to work and school and be presentable. (and smelling good) We "Tank" the gods on Mt. Olympus. Especially TITAN. ( I know, I know, the GROUP of gods named TITANS, but who's counting.)

This was a replacement unit for one that was about 6 years old. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Since the installation was already done it was simple to swap out.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a Titan hot water heater! I bought the N-180 for a new build. I installed it just one month ago. It worked great up until a few days ago. Now it keeps shuting off and I have to restart it. The restart buttons are on the inside, I have no Idea why. So I have to take off the front panel each time. I called the company in Florida and they said I have to dis-connect/uninstall it ship it to Florida. I am in California. They do not send out technicians or have any other repair shop. So now, my tenant will be without hot water for how long??? Their customer service is horrible!

The water from the tap seems hotter than the shower. So to shower I can go full hot and it's just right no guess or adjust, but the faucet will burn you. Up date it seems to fluctuate on temperature when a second faucet is running.

Tankless waterheater work really good and customer was happy with them. Really well built product.

I have used many Titans, and they have all worked GREAT. However, this one required extra power leads and I had to return it. The seller provided a full refund with no issues. I would use them again. Again, these Titans are GREAT products...much better than a full size water heater.

It looks and works good, it just needs a lot of amperage to use.

I installed this in my home earlier this year, replacing my old traditional water heater, and I couldn't be happier. Besides the space it saved in my garage, my electric bill went down and I can run both showers and my dishwasher with no issues. I'm getting ready to install this same unit into my father's house now that his old water heater is on the way out. Would definitely recommend!
