Contrary to Amazon's part fitment guide, this doesn't work as a tail.light for Subaru Legacy. It will function as a brake light, but not a tail light. Subaru uses the same bulb for both functions so the correct part is 7443. Wish I'd known that before buying.

Worked great for a 2002 Rav4. Don't forget to wear gloves to handle the bulbs to avoid any oils that may cause issues. I learned that from a YouTube video that I follow to replace my bulb.

My mother called the honda dealership about fixing a break light in a CRV. It was $169. I said that was ridiculous and I figured I could do it. Sure enough, youtube video and 5 minutes and I replaced her bulb for less than $5. It is encouraging to be able to do things yourself when these prices are just so unrealistic!
