good entry level product for a crystal newbie like me
I have used a number of holistic products and far infrared devices in recent years but had not tried crystals until this product. The wrap is easy to use and provides warmth as well as some weight like a weighted blanket. Can be used as a wrap around hands or arms or calf. I like laying it over my thighs while I watch tv. I haven't noticed any particular difference beyond what I'd expect from a heating pad but I haven't been dealing with any joint issues during the period I've been using it. It appears to be very well made with nice details like the velcro straps and the carrying case. I need to watch their youtube channel to get more tips on usage, and I'll continue to experiment and see what benefits it may bring.

Great Quality Great Company!
We have been using Our Medicrystal wrap for about 1 month in our psychiatry practice as an added wellness therapy to help out patients relax and enjoy the benefits of medicrystal. We work with geriatric patients who suffer with Major Depression, Severe Anxiety and PTSD. They have enjoyed the Medicrystal Wrap especially those who use this as a hand Warmer Wrap for their arthritis. They report that the pain decreases during use and they benefit for a few days after as far as not having the pain or severe hand cramping. For smaller people
This is a substantial mat for it's size, I can use it on my knee as a wrap, but just barely. It works better as a wrap on my arms. I am a medium sized 5'4" woman. Mostly I have used it on my chair in my studio where it is quite chilly. Previously, I was using hot water bottle, this is so so so much better!
