Stunning Bottle - Perfect For Tea, or Flavored Ice Water
I received my UEndure about two months ago to replace a discontinued tea bottle that I used pretty religiously over the past year. Bonus for me! I really like the UEndure much better for several reasons, the first being that it's volume is almost twice as much as my previous one which was only 8 oz. Before I saw the UENDURE, I was going to purchase a similar bottle with the bamboo top but I found this one to be so much more beautiful - very sleek and clean. Stainless steel and double walled glass. Perfect for ladies, or gentlemen. I personally like the weight and how it fits in my hand. I feels very "balanced", with or, without liquid in it. It also fits pretty well in my truck's cup holder, albeit just a bit tall. but, it was easy to get used to it. Both caps come off quite easily, as well as the infuser, for cleaning. I have now had a chance to use it on a regular basis and I am incredibly pleased with it. I immediately began using it for steeping tea and it works beautifully. I am a "grab and go" girl and this bottle is great for that. My tea is literally steeping as I walk out the door to begin my day and, due to the double wall, the bottle is not too hot to hold. Our weather has now turned warm and I like it so much that I put it to use for iced tea and flavored water (Below). Filling it with ice and mint/fruit, then water it has, very successfully, adapted it to summer use.The glass keeps the ice water cold for a decent amount of time and I just keep adding chilled water and ice. I have highly recommended to friends, including a tea shop owner who is impressed with it. The seller contacted me by email to ensure I was happy with it and, sent me additional info on the bottle. She was wonderful to deal with!! Flavored Water Cucumber Mint: 6" stalk of Mint (about 6 leaves) and ice - bruise them by shaking with a bit of water 3-4 times and add a 2" chunk of Cucumber peeled and sliced lengthwise. Add ice and fill with water and shake occasionally. Flavors in a very short time. Strawberry Mint: 6" stalk of Mint (about 6 leaves) and ice - bruise them by shaking with a bit of water 3-4 times and add 2 medium-large fresh Strawberries sliced lengthwise into 4 piece each. Add ice and fill with water and shake occasionally. Flavors in a very short time. Pineapple Mint: 6" stalk of Mint (about 6 leaves) and ice - bruise them by shaking with a bit of water 3-4 times and add about 2" of fresh Pineapple. Add ice and fill with water and shake occasionally. Flavors in a very short time. Citrus Mint (Your choice - Lemon, Lime, Orange or Grapefruit): 6" stalk of Mint (about 6 leaves) and ice - bruise them by shaking with a bit of water 3-4 times and add 2-3 slices of your chosen Citrus. Add ice and fill with water and shake occasionally. Flavors in a very short time. With all of these, you need only replenish the ice and water during the day as the fruit and mint will last quite awhile, sometimes up to two days if temp is kept cold. I sometime just put it back in the fridge, with no problem.

Seal does not Endure daily use
Update: I was contacted by Kristen from UEndure 24 hours after posting the original review, and was very pleased with UEndureโs customer service. Kristen apologized for the defective seal and offered replacement caps. Thank you for taking the initiative to satisfy your customers and making this right for me! Upon receiving this tea infuser bottle, I was very excited to use it. I've been searching for a solid, well constructed infuser bottle for months, and this fit the bill based on reviews and the quality of glass and steel used. The packaging of the bottle was beautiful- It came in a thick, cardboard tube, and was bubble wrapped inside the tube. The cloth/neoprene sleeve provides a good grip when the bottle is placed inside, and it has a three inch loop that can be used to hang the bottle off of a carabiner or loop around your fingers. The bottle is double walled, and well constructed. You are able to see right away that the glass is of good quality. The bottle is warm to the touch after pouring hot water into it, and will not burn your hands thanks to the double walled construction. The stainless steel tea filter is of good quality as well, it holds loose tea very well, and screws onto either top or bottom cap tightly and effortlessly. The caps initially provided a tight seal, however after a week of use, the caps do not seem to keep liquid inside the bottle. If the bottle is sitting on a flat surface, filled with liquid, it will leak slowly, losing about an ounce of liquid in about 20-30 minutes. When I move the bottle (carry it with the sleeve) around my workspace, I noticed that the bottom of sleeve was drenched in tea. I wash the bottle daily by hand, and the caps are rinsed by hand on a daily basis as well. The seals look fine, there is no warping of the rubber seal. I am unsure what caused the seal to fail. I really do want to love this bottle, but it's useless without a proper seal.

AMAZING!!!!!
This is my first week using the product and here are my thoughts... Pros: Sleek design, feels like a quality product, and super easy to clean. Despite the removable lids not being recommended for the dishwasher, the product is easy to wash by hand. Plus, I love the concept of having the filter on the bottom. There are other products out there with double filters at the top to prevent drinking tea leaves but I heard they can get clogged and I didn't want to risk it. As a person who is constantly on the go, I enjoy being able to just add hot water and start my day. Lastly, the sleeve that comes with the bottle adds an extra sense of protection and helps keep your drink warm (the double wall glass does this already as well and is not hot to hold by hand)! Cons: The product is glass so i'm worried of it cracking. For now when i am brewing hot tea I am leaving the lid off to avoid excessive pressure buildup which may or may not help (the glass can get hot so make sure not to burn your mouth when sipping). The company seems to be willing to replace parts of the product EXCEPT for the glass, which I find worrisome. If they are going to boast the product being "made to last" it should be backed by a decent warranty. When cold brewing tea, for whatever weird reason the process of cold brewing creates a vacuum suction that pulls off the ring in the lid that creates the seal. It's not a huge issue since the ring is easy to pop back in. Lastly since both ends are removable you have to be wary of creating the right seal when screwing the lids on. This may require a test run w/ plain water prior to brewing tea each time. Overall I am loving this product so far and will provide an update!

Read This Review!
To start with, here is a quote from someone who just doesn't get the point of an online product review, in spite of any discount a company might give a customer to โencourageโ them to review their product: โThis is a pretty great product. It looks good, but it wouldn't matter if it didn't work well.โ Of course it matters if it works well! Why on earth shouldnโt it matter? Letโs not beat around the bush here. There are more than a few reviewers here that have been โbribedโ or โextortedโ into five-star reviews by way of promotional perks. However, if you have paid more than two dollars for this product (or you donโt work directly for the company), you might not be entirely happy with this purchase. You might think the product is somewhat overpriced for what it is. The following are a few โgoodโ and โbadโ points every customer needs to consider before buying this product. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The Good: 1) It is an insulated container that keeps liquid at temperature longer than a conventional container. 2) It fits comfortably in one hand (the insulation also permits a prolonged, unscalded grip). 3) It is a stylish and cosmetically pleasing design (it looks pretty). 4) Itโs fairly durable; It will hold up well with continuous use. 5) It holds 12 to 13 oz of fluid, quite a bit more than an average serving of tea. 6) The container doesnโt leak. Many people mistakenly attribute what appears to be a leakage problem to poor design, but this simply is not so. If you make sure the rubber gaskets have not come off the lids before closing them again, they will retain all moisture. If a gasket has come off, make sure that you reinstall the gasket properly (the L-shaped riser should be facing the lid). If there is a little moisture seeping from the lid, this is the result of contact-moisture residue from the helictical threading of the lid itself. In other words, the moisture has to be seeping through the seal in order for it to be considered a leakage issue, dummy! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The Bad: 1) The foam rubber pad at the unitโs base is useless (inlaid within a manufactured recess). It is too thin to make contact with any surface it is laid upon. It was intended, no doubt, to provide friction so that accidental slippage is less likely. However, this function was completely lost upon this flawed design. This is probably the result, as usual, of some engineers measuring in metric, others insisting on still honoring the old British crown with imperial units. Long Live the King! 2) The tea compartment was probably not designed by an avid tea drinker; otherwise, it would have some sort of reinforced rubber seal in between the lid and the glass body (or some way of keeping the tea strainer self-enclosed). Indeed, us tea drinkers know about these things (the ever-present roaming tea-residue issue). For this reason, expect a lot of tea particulate to migrate from the tea strainer to the surrounding liquid (unless you use this merely as an infuser; or steep the tea with the container reversed so that the tea strainerโs top is always kept above water level, before removing it). 3) The top lid is curved, so it should not be used as a secondary base. This blemish walks hand in hand with the previous flaw. If you choose to steep the tea for a few minutes then remove it (using the abovementioned method to reduce the risk of tea leaf residue/particulate migration), it is necessary (for safety reasons) to switch the lids so that the container can rest on a flat base while it is steeping. However, this means that when you are done, the glass body is featured with logo pointing upside down (if you care about such things). Indeed, the second โgoodโ thing listed above is partially repudiated by way of this inelegant work around. 4) The insulation is not exceptionally good. I used a cooking thermometer to further critique this unit. At first, I had a liquid that was 160ยฐ C; it dropped to 140ยฐ C after twenty minutes of being sealed within both lids. After letting the liquid set awhile longer (while occasionally sipping and recapping), I noticed the liquid was nearly lukewarm in a matter of ninety minutes (too cool for drinking nearly thirty minutes before this time). This is a negligible improvement upon a normal, uninsulated container. 5) It is made of fragile glass, so it will break if you drop it. 6) It has no sippy-top or easy-access lid for convenience during travel. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . After reading some of the other reviews, I considered it my duty to give an entirely unbribed or untainted review of this product (unfalsified by promotional discounts). Now, it may appear, since I spent more time elaborating upon "cons" rather than "pros," as though I think this product is horrible. This is not the case. The "cons" merely seemed to demand more explanatory attention since most of the "pros" were so obvious. In short, this is a good product with a few peculiarities or flaws that may be deal-breakers for a few people. If this product doesnโt sound good to you, there are plenty of other highly-rated tea steepers and infusers you can also choose from on Amazon (such as the Vitality Fit, Nalu, VidaKai, or Teavli products). Some of these products likely have similar flaws, so choose wisely.

Splendid!!
This tea bottle is amazing!! Since I got it I've averaged making around five brews of green or herbal tea per day (green tea, chamomile, mint, or various blends) with great pleasure. It is very easy to use! I measure the desired amount of water and transfer it to my electric gooseneck kettle to heat to the desired temperature. While the water is heating, I unscrew the bottom lid to the bottle. I then measure the desired loose leaf tea. (During summer months I prefer iced tea so I make the tea to water ratio larger to compensate for the melted ice.) I place the loose leaf in the stainless steel compartment and replace the cap. By this time the water has reached the optimum temperature! I unscrew the top to the bottle and transfer the heated water into the main compartment to allow the tea to brew. I replace the top and set the timer for the desired time. After the timer alerts me, I unscrew the bottom lid and remove the stainless steel compartment along with the loose leaf tea. I replace the lid and clean the remains. The compartment is stored for futurent use. (For iced tea I remove the top and place the desired amount of ice.) After that process, all that is left to do is enjoy great tea from a very amazing and elegant looking bottle! If you like to experience good tea, get this bottle!! However, I did experience some trouble on the first brew. The ring inside the lids that are used to create an airtight seal were malfunctioned! I had a bad leak. After reading an email that was sent from the company stating the rings were possibly placed upside-down, I fixed it easily! This bottle has allowed me to enjoy drinking tea on a much higher level than I have ever experienced!

Great bottle that stands out from the rest!
UPDATE: So it's been almost a year since I purchased my UEndure tea infuser bottle and I love it now more than ever! The quality is second to none and it still looks as beautiful now as when I first bought it. If anyone is undecided on which infuser bottle to buy, let me help you out. The cheap bottles are cheap, the plastic bottles taste like plastic and the 29 glass bottles with bamboo lids are all identical bottles with fake bamboo lids (I know...my friend has two different ones). If you want a quality glass bottle that's beautiful, functions perfectly and is at the top of it's class...BUY THIS ONE...I promise you can't go wrong!!! __________ A friend of mine at work recently purchased a tea bottle on Amazon and I instantly fell in love with it. I was going to buy the same one, but she said I should look for one without a bamboo lid because hers was starting to dry out and crack. It seemed like every bottle I found was the exact same with the exact same bamboo lid until I came across the UEndure skinny bottle. It definitely stood out from the rest, so I bought it! And I'm so glad I did. It's exactly what I was hoping for. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box, was the way it looked and felt in my hands. Its definitely skinny and has a very strong feel. The glass seems extremely durable and the stainless steel lids are much different than the lids on my friends bottle. I love how the infuser is on the bottom (makes steeping my tea so much easier) and I love how there's a lid on each end (makes cleaning extremely easy). It even came with nice little cleaning brush. I've been using it every day since I bought it and my friend is extremely jealous (I think she might be buying the same one soon). Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The seller was awesome to deal with as well. Very responsive and always making sure I was happy with my purchase. 5 STARS!!!

Love this bottle!!
This bottle is awesome...after a recent trip to China I rediscovered my love for loose leaf tea and wanted a high-quality infuser bottle that I could take on the go and enjoy at work or home. This bottle is the one to get. I also ordered a black stainless steel bottle as well because I was concerned about breaking this one but with the included neoprene sleeve this one is durable, beautiful, and I love being able to see the color of my tea before drinking. Pro Tip, and it's even printed on the box: if you experience leaking remove the silicone gaskets on both ends and reseat them. Mine was leaking slightly on the first few used even with the gorilla grip force. I used a full toothpick to carefully dislodge both of the white silicone gaskets in the lids, made sure they were clean and re-seated them. Now they seal perfectly! Edited review: although I still love this bottle, Iโ been using it all day every day, you have to be careful to get a good seal or it will leak a bit. Sadly, I did tip it over while it was in its neoprene sleeve and it cracked around the rim. See the photo. It is glass after all... so be more careful than I was. Iโm still using it as it hasnโt leaked yet but is getting a little condensation inside the sealed double wall and I fear if I tip it over again it will be done. Be careful and youโll love this bottle.

Good tea infuser for those with specific requirements
This is a tea-drinking system that you should consider if: 1) you like your tea loose leaves; b) you want to brew and drink from the same receptacle; and c) your tea drinking is fairly stationary. It does all 3 adequately. If you are like me and have the same requirements, you have also probably discovered there aren't too many other options. Positives: You can load tea leaves into the basket easily without them spilling everywhere. The double ended design is brilliant and watertight. The silver and glass design looks good sitting on my work desk. And the seller sends you 3 emails. Never have I had anyone who sold me a cup be so concerned about my experience with it. And the whole packaging experience is great - it comes in a high quality box. It's sort of what you might expect from Apple if they were in the business of making tea infusers. Cons: The double wall glass design looks good but doesn't hold heat that efficiently. To drink you have to unscrew the lid which can be a little laborious - I would like it more if there were a 'pop-top' seal like some coffee mugs have. And the glass construction would not make me feel confident taking it on my bike ride, outdoors, or anywhere where I am very mobile. So at times, it feels like the designer's made a choice where form trumps function. Mostly though, I hate the logo. The tree is fine - its the 'Uendure' text. I don't need my tea to send positive messages. If I could customize the logo on it, I would happily have paid double. In the end, this is fairly well designed tea drinking system that looks good, comes packaged in an attractive box, and is best suited for stationary tea drinking. If I were shopping for a tea drinker and wanted to give them an impressive gift, this is my pick. For daily use, this is probably the best option within my requirements until something better comes along.

This IS a wonderful and superb quality bottle
Frankly, loving it!! This IS a wonderful and superb quality bottle, it helps me to drink more during the day, I have made some healthy green tea, infused (apparently very beneficial) green coffee, used the strainer for hot lemon-mint combo, it works perfectly AND looks amazing! ๐ it'll work a treat for both summer chilled and for winter hot drinks! Hoping it will last for ages (don't think I'll lose it as I'm in love with it!) it was really worth to read the reviews on glass bottles...not all are well made/safe or double walled... This one is really lovely! I really recommend it :)

All around awesome!
This thing is perfect if you have loose leaf teas to steep on the go. Easy to clean, its classy, sleek, and built well. I drop my new beverage bombs in and go, great!

Holds less then expected, but amazing quality
Makes just about one large cup of tea. The top and bottom are interchangeable and the actual infuser can be screwed onto the top or bottom. Well designed, tea only touches silicon, glass and stainless steel. Caps do have plastic threading. Thing looks like a radioactive cell from a zombie movie (love it), sliding it into it sleeve gives a great satisfaction. Only bonus would be if it was larger (also worried that it could fall over)
