Bought this on recommendation of physiotherapist to help with doing squats following knee surgery.Worked a treat.Great for improving core balance too.Easy to inflate. Very durable material.Love the colour.Overall a great exercise ball.Well worth the costAlso liked that it comes with its own pump.

Doesn't inflate to 65cm, so slightly misleading
Decent ball but would not go to 65cm... Fully inflated it is about 50cm max!

Perfect for second trimester back pain
Working from home full time, my desk chair was giving me back pain probably to do with my posture. I have switched to using the ball instead of a chair and it has relieved my back and hip pain — I also have followed some pregnancy exercise videos using the ball which have proved really useful!
