Poor packing spoils the experience
The product is excellent no doubt and much cheaper than offline. However 9 times out of 10 it comes broken or cracked because of poor packing. Amazon you need to crack this problem and introduce thermocol packing for crockery.

Wonderful set | Dishwasher friendly
We bought this to switch from large plates to dishwasher friendly plates. The quality is amazing. Buy it once and you will never go to any other brand. This is second set from Borosil that we bought. Patterns in plate has not faded even a bit, looks as good as new.

Product missing and items broken
The prod ut i received hot damaged also with items and bowl missing i ordered 1159/ rupees item with 19 i got 11 with one broken pathetic rest in microwave testing it get hot well outer surface and inner surface just for reheat the food quality is not bad not very good either not upto borosil other products

Delivered item was OK but I've an identical item. So I don't need it anyway. Besides no one likes it at home.
