2020 My Shining Year Business Goals Workbook Paperback – October 8, 2019

I noticed that Leonie hasn't released any 2021 books, so I'm sad about that. I use and reuse these Shining Biz and Life workbooks yearly. I still have one from 2014 that has held up nicely as well. I like the ones from 2021 best though because they are a shorter, thicker size. Very nicely made. I put sticky notes in them instead of writing on the pages so I can reuse them if I need to. Even so, I hate to have to remove the sticky notes, so I end up buying a fresh copy at the start of the year. I hope Leonie gets back into making them in 2023.

I've been doing these workbooks for a few years now, and I love them! The bright, colorful pages are filled with workbook goodness that guides my improved success every year! Leonie has the right insight to help you make a positive, success-growing difference in your biz! She asks the right questions, and she helps you get organized, so you can continue moving forward and growing your success! I love the encouragement, the art, the guidance, the organization, the planning, the success activities ... all of it! And this year, Leonie has made a few changes/additions that are great!!! The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for pictures or video when I went to go buy this and didn't see any, hence this review. I hope the video and pictures help, please excuse my in-between fingernails. ;)I'm happy with this book, I think the quality is great, and I like that it has the dreamy, feminine parts and also the planning, doing, practical. This is my favorite journal for yearly planning so far and I've bought several. Nothing has been perfect for me yet, but this is probably the closest. :)

I have been purchasing Leonie's Shining Biz and Life workbooks for several years now and absolutely love them. Leonie knows how to make goal setting fun and inspiring. When going through the business workbook, you don't feel heavy or drained looking at your marketing, SOPs, customer systems, budgeting and all the other things your business entails. No. Leonie has found a way to ask you these questions and set your goals where it becomes fun.The book also helps you stay on track, take action and start dreaming big. Highly recommend!!

For years now I have been gratefully using Leonie's workbooks. They are the one and only workbooks, or planner I have ever actually completed. Not only are they perfect for creative types, but the depth of questions and areas she focuses on make it so fun to actually dream big and put goals in place to make those dreams come true.

I'm an author who is just coming to understand that this means I'm also an entrepreneur. I've always hated numbers and math and have resisted really understanding that aspect of my business. Leonie's gentle and very accessible nudge to actually LOOK at last year's business numbers before launching into planning has been eye opening and business and life altering. So glad a friend recommended this book to me. It's exactly what I didn't know I needed.

Thos book helps you chill out while doing your business planning.Reducing the 'ohmigosh who am I to do this business thing' and the 'ick' factors of running your own business is where this book shines.

Love, love, love this workbook! I have used them for the last 3 years and they are so helpful in my business planning. I review my plans every month to keep me on track & I have accomplished many of my goals because of this!

I used to get these books and it's nice to go back to them. Leonie helps you review what's worked in your business and plan for growth in a fun way. I found myself keen to complete each page and have a renewed passion and sense of hope for my business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I was so surprised to find this business planner. It promises and delivers in ways that you won't expect. It's amazing and it's fun to start filling this in. It's great at giving new business owners like me a big picture without getting into a lot of tedious details. But, Leonie knows her business stuff. If you want a new way to think about and plan for your business growth then this is the book for you. I look forward to looking at it and this year is super dooper colourful and fun. Nothing like I imagined business planning to be. It's magical and amazing just where your imagination will take your business when you've got this little beauty in your hot little hands.

J'ai découvert l'autrice et artiste, il y 3 ans et j'ai immédiatement été emballé par la possibilité d'organiser mon business d'une manière plus ludique tout en restant avec des faisceaux pros.Chaque thématique nous permet de réfléchir à ce que l'on souhaite améliorer après un état des lieux de l'an passé. J'aime les ressources supplémentaires qu'elle propose pour approfondir chaque thématique et nous ouvrir à d'autres visions des choses.J'ai enlevé 1 étoile, car je regrette que chaque année, il n'y ait aucun changement( hormis le passage du spirale au relié... ) À cause de ça, je chercherai un autre outil l'année prochaine :/
