I’ve been using the Borosil Hydra 24-03 for a few months, and it’s fantastic. The stainless steel build feels sturdy and premium, and the finish still looks brand new after daily use. It keeps my water cold for hours and hot drinks warm just as well. The size is perfect for carrying around, and the leak-proof design means I can toss it in my bag without worrying. Overall, a reliable and stylish bottle — very happy with it!

EDIT: Since my flask was out of return date limit, I wrote an email to Borosil customer care email ID on the box. Within a day I got a response and the complaint was attended to via a phone call from Borosil customer care. When I explained the issue I was facing, immediately they decided to give me replacement. Pick-up of the defective item was arranged and a replacement was delivered within 6-7 days of writing the complaint email. 5 stars for the customer support. A rare gesture from any customer care in India!!!! Kudos to you Borosil. I am still not giving 5 stars as even the replacement product is leaking heat through the cap. But the heat retention is much better than the initial product. Overnight the loss in temperature is about 10 degrees. I will still stand by with the performance of Cello Vacu-steel flasks that we already have. Got impressed by the reviews here and bought Borosil vacuum flask. It's waste of money as it's nothing but a steel bottle that can't hold heat at all. I have Cello vacu-steel flasks that can hold heat beyond 12 hours, nearly as hot as when we filled it. In this flask boiling water becomes lukewarm within few hours. The moment you fill anything hot, you can feel the heat on the outer surface of the flask which means that heat dissipation has already started.

Keep hot stuff for longer duration for 8-10hrs. I have been using this bottle during my maternity for warm water consumption and it's been very useful

I’ve been using the Borosil Hydra Trek 850ml bottle for about a year now, and it’s been a reliable daily companion. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, leakproof, and the matte finish still looks good even after regular use. It keeps water cold for a full 24 hours, which is impressive and perfect for travel or gym use. For hot liquids, it performs decently but doesn’t quite last the full 20 hours as claimed — it stays warm for several hours, just not all day. The only small drawback is that although it’s labeled 850ml, the actual usable capacity feels closer to 750ml. Overall, after a year of use, it’s still in great condition and performs well — a solid, long-lasting bottle that’s ideal for keeping drinks cold for long hours.
