What's the process for shutting of key sounds. I tried the directions but that only erased my bio setting

There are 2 buttons on the inside. The one on the left is used for resetting - one on the right is the mute. My model is not bio, but, I would assume you still have the 2 and the one dedicated mute/volume button.

For muting, I just hold the button on the right until I get a red indicator light and audible beep. I sometimes have to push it just right though, but, it has always worked thus far.

how to add fingerprints requiring administrator verification:

1.Press and hold the Enroll Button for a second.You will hear one beep and the LED will flash green,indicating the enrollment procedure has started.

2.Enter the fingerprint of the first person, you will hear two clicks, then you can enter the fingerprint of the third person.

3.Place and continue to hold your finger on the sensor while the LED is glowing green

4.While your finger is still on the sensor, after about 2 seconds you will hear a single beep and after 2 seconds you will hear a single beep again, after 2 times , you will hear a double beep, this indicates that third person enrollment was successful .

5.The first and the second User shall become the Administrators automatically, The third and the following users need Administrators verify before enroll.
