As a 62 year old grandparent, I make sure I am teaching my six year old grandson about American History and Capitalism.Despite what you see on the news about young American Citizens favoring socialism, as parents and grandparents (thanks to the Federal "bored" of Education over the last 40 years), we have the responsibility to teach our kids about American Freedom, American History, and American Capitalism, which togethers, have made the Representative Republic of The United States of America, the most successful experiment in personal freedom in human history. This book helps meet my objectives. He reads the book to me and we discuss the ideas brought forth.

Supplements my agenda
My daughter has read every youth book Boyack has put out. She looks forward to them. At Christmas we got her 6 books and this Atlas was the first one she chose to read, even though the others are the "fun fictional" books. Periodically she'll bring her Tuttle Twins books on roadtrips and reread them. Right now she's working through his Lemonade Stand book. She'll read a paragraph and we'll discuss it at length, so it's a slow go but she's sure learning a lot. Thanks Connor!

This is my favorite book in the Tuttle Twin series as of this date.
I have all of the Tuttle Twins books (7 at the moment) and in my opinion this one is the best. This book talks about the negative effects of socialism. My opinion is that if America wants a chance at keeping its freedom, our future generation must reject the socialist agenda. I will continue to buy all of the new released books that come out in the Tuttle Twins series!

Great for little kids
Such a cool concept, but lots of colored illustrations make this feel like it is geared for lower elementary rather than upper, just so ya know.

Great books no matter your age.
Doesn’t matter you age. These are pretty simple yet incredible books. They tackle complex issue so well young kids can understand. And adults will learn.

We have multiple Tuttle Twins Books
Love the messages/themes of these books and the questions for discussion at the end of the book. I sometimes reword or swap out words in the questions to make them a little more user friendly for my 7 year old child.
