Super comfortable, but camel toe is too big.
I'm a male figure skater. 6'1" 190 lbs. with a 33" waist. A medium fits me perfectly. I bought this as an alternative to a dance belt (which are super uncomfortable) to provide some athletic support and smooth things out in the front when wearing tights. I know its not it's intended purpose, but it dose provide the perfect balance between support and comfort that I was after. The only problem is that the camel toes is way more pronounced than I thought it would be, and since i'm not "tucking" and want things out front and vertical, I wish it were a tad bit higher in the front and there was a non-camel toe version. Other than that, it has just the right amount of padding. Sizing is about right compared to the chart and similar to men's underwear sizing.Update: After a skating session wearing this, I am super satisfied. I have never worn a more comfortable thong that actually provides support. I found that wearing it inside-out under a pair of snug fitting women's boy-briefs helps smooth things out better. The material does seem to stretch out somewhat after the first wear, but wearing the boy-briefs over the top keeps it snug enough for my purposes.

levels out the bulge and is super comfy
I wear leggings and because I have more than the ladies that wear them well I would rather not be showing in public as i would rather not be arrested for showing off. This Levels the bulge out and makes it even. you can tell I'm a guy but it's not super apparent like hey here it is. Amazing product wish i bought one sooner.

the thong is too thick and uncomfortable. The size does not match a non thong gaff from same and similar manufacturers, it's larger so ordering a size smaller would be ideal

This works good for me
This works good for me. I wish it was not as puffy. Help hind me and I am large in that area. Maybe part why it so puffy. Hard to see any crack with the seam of most leggings or pant there.

Front padding thicker than expected, and a lot softer. Doesn’t give the full contour shape when worn either.

Great but large camel toe
Very comfortable! They conceal everything very nicely. I use the thong pair cause you can easily slip panties over them.My one complaint is that the camel toe is like cavernous. It's very obvious and large if your clothes are a bit tight. It looks very awkward if you wear it with too tight an outfit

Wish it came with XS.
I am 5'7", 130 lbs. I ordered small but it is still somewhat large for my frame. For its purpose, a snug fit is the goal. Unfortunately, there is no XS to go by. I do give it a 3 stars because the material is good quality.
