Does this clean the chip contacts, or just the magnetic heads?

These cards have a cleaning solution on them. Works good for me.

How many times can you use each cleaner?

One time. It is moist and they dry out. Plus they do get dirty fast.

Do they work in chip readers as well? at my job we need something that can clean both the side strip reader and chip readers.
