Without compatible system support, the feature may not perform at its best. • Good Speaker Output: The speakers provide balanced sound quality, which is good enough for meetings, calls, and casual media consumption. • Easy Plug-and-Play: Being a USB headset, it connects easily without complicated setup. ❌ What Could Be Better • Headphone Foam Quality: The ear cushion (foam part) is not of very good quality. It feels a bit thin and not very durable. Personally, I feel that with regular use, it may tear or wear out after a few dozen uses. The material could have been softer and stronger for better long-term comfort and durability. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Verdict Overall, the Logitech H390 is a good product that delivers clear voice, decent sound quality, and reliable performance for everyday professional use. Looks good, works good. Not very comfortable but ok. If you need to use it for many hours everyday then may be not very good. If you use it every now and then for 30 to 60 minutes then no problem. Sound is loud, microphone is very good and there is sufficient noise cancellation but not 100%. Only problem I have faced till now is sometimes microphone does not get detected. removing and using again works sometimes.Sometime I have to restart system or I have to uninstall and then reinstall its drivers.

It's been 2 months since I am using. Already there is an issue with audio on one side of the headphones. Also the product is too delicate. It's damaged and very difficult to handle. If you are looking for a long lasting headphones then please don't prefer this. I already raised an issue to login tech support team. But no proper response from their end. I would suggest to make it little hard as it is easily breakable.

Sound quality was good. Product is very nice. I used regularly. No problem. Value for money.

Update after almost a year of use - I'm not a heavy user but sadly the noise cancellation stopped working and my teams tells me that my voice doesnt charm them anymore. So I contacted tech support and unfortunately they don't have service center in Bangalore to fix the headsets. I removed one star. Duh. I used this headset for about two years, and it worked like a charm. I recently started having issues with noise cancellation and the mic got a bit loose and won't stand in place. However, this is the most useful headset I have ever purchased. I have a Sales job and I WFH, so you can imagine my plight of not having good noise-cancellation headphones. My colleagues would ask which headset I use because my voice is crisp and clear with no background noise. So I am going to buy it again as I don't have the time to visit the service centre.

It’s good for online meeting or classes etc, not for movies and music listening.
