This is the second battery that was sent, both batteries only lasted no more than 5 minutes! a very big disappointment as my wife really likes this vacuum as we have three dogs that tend to track dirt into the home. I thought that a battery is a battery but this isn't the case as the original battery would run for 20 to 25 minutes until it got to be 20 months old and the battery stopped taking a charge!

I bought this battery because of its larger capacity of 3000 mAh. Unfortunately it didn't last any longer than my original battery which was 2000 mAh. One of the reasons I bought this battery is the number of great reviews. After a careful check, I discovered that all 106 reviews are actually about a completely different battery, not for Shark, but for Dyson. Not sure how this is possible. Very disappointing.

Charge power just lasts about 5 minutes or less. It takes a long time to charge. The original battery that came with the product charged much faster and lasted a lot longer. After about a 6 month period using the vacuum about 3times a week and running the battery down each time it quit. Maunfacurer battery that came with unit lasted about 2 years. I would not recommend this battery.

I bought 2 of these in May and here it is the middle of June and neither of them hold their charge. It takes a long time to charge them and the charges only last 15 MINUTES!!!!! I'm so disappointed and angry! I wasted my money and I'm warning you to Please don't waste yours!!!!!

Purchased to replace original battery in my 4 year old Shark Navigator Freestyle vacuum. With the original battery I could vacuum all of the hard floors in my house, the entire ground floor, and still have power left over. With this LiBatter battery it looses its charge after vacuuming 2 rooms. This battery is less than 2 months old. Very disappointing!

Very easy to install and simple to hook up. The connector is the same as the original. Charge time is about the same. The only difference is when this battery stats to get low it doesn't slow down, it just stops cold. Not a huge issue but worth noting.

Battery continually shortened run time. Use was once or twice a week, run time reduced to 10 minutes after overnight charge. Returned unit.

Worked for five minutes...horrible
