Creates allergy and not comfortable as to be
I was using flavoured isabgol husk before and never have had any problems with constipation or allergic reaction. Since I wanted to be out of flavour, I bought this product. This is whole husk and expands well with moisture. The thing is its really dirty and can clearly see the sediments when mixed with warm water. It has also created some kind of allergic reactions, creating rashes all over body and face and I have also started experiencing constipation. I recommend using this product in KETO bread or cookie, instead of consuming directly with fluids.. My 2 x 400 gms packs are totally wasted..
