Now I can keep my battery in the house where its safe from cold and going dead without notice
Added this to my generator so when the blackouts hit again, I won't have to hope that my starter battery didn't lose its charge out in the freezing cold where I can't monitor it, or keep it on a battery tender. Now I keep the battery inside where it's warm so that I can check it every month and keep it ready on a battery tender. When the blackout comes again, it's "plug and play" instead of pray. Also, adding this connector makes it fool-proof so that my diminutive wife can put the generator into play all by herself if I'm not around to do it myself in order keep the well pump, heater, lights and the all-important TV and router up and running. My kingdom for a horse! Oh. This is a fine horse.

This item is to connect to batteries
I called the company directly to find out what part would be needed to connect my battery to my sump pump And they suggested this item. I was finally able to get someone to my home to connect it and they said this is to connect two batteries together not the batteries to the sump pump. Needless to say, Iām disappointed that I cannot return it.Lesson learned.
