Work Horse Machine!!
We bought 3 of these work horses for our office and they are still going strong! Love that they hold an entire ream of paper!! Ink seems to go a long way as well. Just a great copy machine all around. And I work mine to death - about a thousand tax returns printed on my machine already!! Great buy ~

this "like new" printer lasted 5 months.
not even 5 months of usage and the printer is garbage. this seller's definition of "like new" is ridiculous.

Needs service often
While we have used HP printers many years we feel the HP 604 is not as great as the older models. Printer needed service 3 times with in 10 months of purchase. Let's hope it will hold up this time.

Caution: When you buy an HP printer from a 3rd party on Amazon be aware that HP starts the warranty when the 3rd party purchases the printer. Had this happen, found that my supposedly 1-year warranty on parts was now 6 months. Called Amazon quite a few times and they learned on HP and it get straigtened out. HP is aware of the problem, not doing anything to fix it. Also, printer M604n has started making knocking sounds.
