Create This Book

My daughter asked for this as part of her 9th birthday. She loved it. It’s exactly as advertised. Every page is created to ignite creativity. She can fill every page with her own ideas but with a theme to guide her. Unlike a journal that’s open ended, this book challenges you with an idea and prompts you to put your own spin on it. I would recommend this book to anyone who’s looking for something different as a gift. More of an experience that a typical toy.

I am a big fan of the Author's Wreck This Journal Youtube series! She does a great job with it and is very funny, creative and artistically talented, which is why I was so excited when I heard she was publishing her own book that is sort of a spin off of Wreck This Journal. (She is also going to do a series on Create This Book, so I recommend checking out her channel. Just search Moriah Elizabeth on Youtube and her channel will come up.) Anyways, I just got the book today (I have prime shipping and it came in literally one day, which is amazing since it's two day shipping) and I was looking through it. It looks really awesome. She has a lot of creative prompts that I can't wait to do. The book seems to be pretty good quality too. the cover almost feels..soft, which is awesome. :) I would highly recommend this if you are a fan of Wreck This Journal, or if you love being creative and doing any kind of art and/or writing. Also if you are a perfectionist, (like me) this type of book helps a little with getting over it. There are a lot of cool features to this book,and if you have a similar type of book I still recommend getting this one because it is a little different than the other ones I have seen, and it has some of the best prompts. Also, in case you were wondering, it has 237 pages, which provides a good amount of prompts to do, especially for such a low price. It is also really cool that the cover is white so that you can color/decorate it anyway you want, which I think is an amazing idea!

It’s a great book it helps. Use your imagination and practice your drawing skills.

So fun! It's a nice break between all of my AP 2D projects. Prompts actually spark ideas i end up loving, and its great for anyone who just likes creating :D Paper is just plain paper, so markers bleed through, but you can glue in your own sheets to avoid this!

Great concept but I have to agree with others about the pages needing to be thicker. Nonetheless, my daughter is super happy with it and is not deterred by that at all. Has been working on everyday since Christmas.

Truly good quality. And fun. I bought my companion one too.

I love it. I have been a bit blank on ideas recently and this really helped. It’s very fun and digs deep into your imagination to let your creativity shine. Wonderful for all ages!! :)

It's basically a book to have fun with and to enjoy! I love this book cant wait to buy create this book 2! prompts are very inspiring Can be a great for when your bored or uninspired! But be sure to check the tips and tricks page before decorating the front, back cover!
