Hi! my halo bassinest mattress is 30x17. when i put that pink fitted sheet on the bassinet mattress it looks a little loose, is it normal?

Mine was a little loose but tightened up a bit after washing. That said, with the way it attached to the pad, it was very secure. Never had an issue.

Willa this fit a snuggle me organic?

I have both and no it won’t fit a snuggle me organic.
