The order was handled perfectly and the cuckoo arrived on time and it was even more beautiful than I expected. I have contacted their help line number and they have answer immediately . Appearance is excellent. The bird size is very small . I hope the beautiful bird mechanism will work for a long time

There was a manufacturing defect. Two hangings by the side of the pendulum are to be hung from two inside hooks. One of these hooks was missing. Had to open the back cover in full and pasted a small hook with Feviquik to allow the hanging. Otherwise the clock is working perfectly as of now.

Looks are good but quality is useless. Within 9 month, its done. Its not working anymore correctly. Stops and starts every now and then. Doesnt work.

So cute wall clock with a lovely flying cuchoo bird over the middle top of the clock. This clock is giving hourly alarm with melodious chill watery music and cuchoo bird sounds. This clock needs 4 pencil battery. Happy to get this clock with reasonable price.😘
