The Vampire Diaries: The Complete Series Season 1-8 (DVD, 2017, 38-Disc Box Set)

Loved this show. I'm still watching the last two seasons of the show. I did have a problem with the second dvd playing. It did have a few freezes at the beginning, I just stopped it and started over again and I had no problems after that with any of the dvd's. Super-fast shipping as well. Thank you

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this box set and I was surprised when a lot of reviews said that it showed up broken, discs won’t play and it didn’t show up in a box set etc. so I figured I would buy this box set on Blu-ray format and hope for the best.. well I am glad I did. The package arrived within a few days and opening the package I found it to be completely bubble wrapped. The box set itself was in plastic and very legit. The box set was in perfect shape and exactly what I purchased. The cases themselves were in order by season and all of the discs are perfectly fine. They play fine and nothing is broken or damaged. I definitely recommend buying this box set if you love TVD. I hope this helps anyone contemplating buying this.

I got this as a birthday present since I love the series so much and was pleasantly surprised at the condition it came in, even the outside box wasn’t dented at all, so I’m still using it as a storage place for the dvds :)

Had to return item. Season 4 disk 2 did not play in DVD player, didn't even get to the Wanner Bros logo which is the first thing that plays when you load it. The disks themselves look questionable. I checked out the same seasons from my local library and noticed that the disks print on the top of the disk are a lower quality than the library ones The disk art looks washed out and not as vibrant form the ones at my library. Also the edges of the disk are completely transparent which was very strange. Video quality was slightly lesser than my librarys copy upon comparison. The subtitles and words (like the words that appear in the show from a whiteboard) are just slightly blurry compared to library copy.

Arrived quickly to Japan, packaged well. Verified region free. Menus are a bit pixelated, but actual episodes have good resolution and look fine on a larger screen. Definitely worth the lower price.

All disc's worked well. Sometimes the blue ray playback feature didn't always work the way it should.

Absolutely love vampire movies and these are the best.... love all the characters!
