I love these handy pens. You just can't go wrong with them. It goes on beautifully and drys pretty quick.

Works well IF you follow directions
Sally Hansen Nail Art Pens work well for making polka dots and designs on your nails IF you follow the directions:* Do not apply to bare nail.* Apply base coat or polish before use and allow to completely dry.* Shake pen with cap on.* Push tip on hard surface to dispense color.* Apply nail art as desired.* Seal with a top coat.The key points are to apply nail art to a coating of nail polish and as soon as it dries, cover it with a top coat. If you do, the nail art stays on. If you do not, it will wash off. So, follow directions and you should like the results. The “attached” photo is from the 4th of July when I used a white (versus silver) pen.

Application issues
The product is not easy to use at all as advertised. The gel doesn’t come out easily and its application on painted nails is quite a task! Very displeased and wish I could return.

not as good as I'd hoped
just didn't leave polish where I wanted it... either nothing came out or it was too thin to leave a solid silver line.
