1. It dissolves easily in hot water. 2. Provides strength, i got to know it's effects on squats, it gave me +2 reps on each set 3. Cheap as compared to other brands and quality with quantity. 4. Make sure your water intake is high if u take creatine <3-5gram per day> 5. Take it 2-3 hours b4 workout for better absorbance.
