Headset Buddy: (01-Aviation-PH35) 3.5mm Smartphone to Aviation Headset Adapter

Unit was less than desirable in terms of quality, but sort of worked despite some interference/hum noise on the output side.

I have a nice pair of David Clark noise cancelling headsets.Testing with skype, the audio seems to work very well, but the microphone quote "sounds very far away and buzzy".I'm ending up using the mic on my web camera because it sounds "much much better".Turning on and off the noise cancelling on the set seems to make no difference to the mic.

Item works as advertised. Quality is standard. Works well with iPhone. Was not able to get mic sound into a Mac Mini.

I bought this to use in my ultralight that has an enclosed cockpit with engine at the rear... it is hard to hear over engine noise . Need to have an amplifier. People tell me they can hear me well. Seems like it might have a short in the wiring.. doesn't work all the time..

Not constructed very well. Wiring not finished between cable and terminators the way one would expect. Definitely not ready for the aviation market.
