Taste is extremely important!
It is a wonderful sauce ! All I do is add grated ginger ( we like a little more ginger) and chopped jalapeño or Serrano pepper. It is an all in one sauce and I do not have to run out of the Hawaiian ingredients for poke. Glad I found it on a trip to Hawaii and the sales lady pretty much sold it to me. If locals use it who am I not to follow their recommendations! My husband and I love poke with this sauce

It has a kick to it which was not described on the label. So a little disappointed as it doesn't work for the dish I made.

Oily Mess
I ordered this as I was unable to get Santa Monica Seafood poke sauce anymore. This sauce is extremely oily and literally taste like stale soy sauce. It was a waste of $ 18.00

Highly recommend.
Excellent product! Fantastic flavor and came very well packaged. It's not the cheapest Shoyu sauce out there, but worth the price. Going to order one more to have a stash. Thank you Ohana Flavors!
